The photo on the left is of The Ashley Model on Orchard Street in Vienna, VA. It is not meant to be definitive in every detail for any future project. The garage configurations are typically dictated by the lot size and restrictions. The Ashley Model can have a large sun room on the left side of the house that is not shown on the floor plans below (and adds 320 square feet), a two or three-car side-load garage and has many other possible elevations to select from. The Ashley Model shown in the left photo offers almost 5,700 square feet with three finished levels and a walk-out basement.
The photo on the right is an alternate elevation of the Ashley Model where the lot size would allow for a side-load garage.
