The above photos are of previously constructed Ashley Models. They are not meant to be definitive in every detail for any current or future project. The garage configurations are typically dictated by the lot size and restrictions. Both of these Ashley Models have the side sun room that is not shown on the floor plans below.
The Ashley Model offers almost 5,700 square feet with three finished levels.  There is an optional side-sunroom that adds an additional 320 square feet.  Depending on the lot size and shape, The Ashley can be built with either a two or three car garage and with or without the side sunroom.  There are several elevation possibilities including a wrap around front porch.
